赵伟杰,东南大学青年首席教授、博士生导师,国家高层次青年人才。2011年于中国科学院半导体研究所获得博士学位,2012-2021年先后在新加坡国立大学和南洋理工大学做博士后研究。目前在Nature、Nature Communications、Advanced Materials、Nano Letters、JACS、ACS Nano等学术期刊发表论文40余篇;论文总引用次数达一万余次,H因子31,其中第一作者论文单篇最高引用次数达1800余次(谷歌学术)。目前,课题组主要从事半导体光电性质、激子物理、超快光谱学和光电器件方面的研究。欢迎有兴趣的本科生、研究生和科研人员加入我们的团队!

 

研究领域: 

 半导体中的激子物理与光电器件

 1. 新型半导体的光学光谱表征、激子物理、光电器件机理;

2. 低维量子结构中的非平衡态量子动力学、自旋相关光物理现象;

3. 可用于高效光学互联、数据计算和传感器的激子型光电器件。
